2019 Honda Cr-v Tires

Would not recommend them for ice and snow...switch to snow tires in those environments.

I have aftermarket 20s on my '19 crv and I've gone through two sets of these (255/45/20). The treadlife is around 25k max. They start to lose traction at 20k. Up until 20k, these tires are fantastic up to 130mph. Quiet, smooth, reliable and stiff sidewall. However, with the 25% increase in price, I'm no longer a fan and am trying a 50k tire next.

Just bought these BF Goodrich Trail Terrain TA from my tire dealer. I first wanted all terrain but the sales guy said that trail terrains were better for my situation. I'm a nurse by trade and live in Northern NJ mountain area. It gets colder and snows more in the winter. I have to able to report to work no matter what was going on with the weather and I wanted to go on light trails and camping for leisure. First, I live the aggressive look on these tires. I have a 2019 CRV and wanted to make it look more rugged and these look fantastic on them with stock rims. It looks aggressive and ready for adventure. On the pavement, stopping was good bit was not as good as my old highway tires, but adequate in stopping. Cornering was nimble and precise. Road noise actually reduced with these and offered a quiet ride. I also noticed that it absorbed smaller bumps which made the ride quality smoother and gave a floatier feel. On in paved trails it is excellent. I pushed it pretty hard and these grab the trails really well. The trail was natural ground and fine gravel and these were able to hug the road as I take turns at 40-50 mph. These tires performed better than expected on trails. These tires fit what I was looking for to a T. I have not tried them on snow but I heard they were Excellent. It's backed with 60k limited warranty and I could not be happier with my purchase.
